The following article is my review of USANA MLM opportunity. I am not affiliated with this company and my only goal is to use an impartial USANA business, and you can determine whether USANA is a suitable company for you to join. USANA is equal to almost any multi-level marketing business, and should be evaluated by checking a number of key areas of the organization.
USANA Health Sciences was founded in the early 70s, by Dr. Myron Wentz, and is currently headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. The company produces various nutritional and skin care products, most of which are manufactured in the United States and sold by independent distributors. The company brings in a large income stream and has named an arena for those who several concerts and events hosts many popular acts. Other than the price, the only negative feedback I have heard is the probability of success in network marketing program.
There are four main brands in USANA’s product line; USANA’s products are quite pricey and the company claims it is because they are made of such quality. A few dietary supplement industry consultants have disputed that fact and claim that most MLM companies that nutritional seen no evidence to justify the increase from major competing brands.
There is little doubt that USANA products top notch products, but in view of a lot of money, the place deserve a very high focus on recruiting sales representatives, or independent distributors. Those who got in early are the ones that most of the money and it is the new distributors who are struggling as a whole.
USANA Compensation Plan
USANA pays their distributors to retailers and like most multi-level marketing companies, most of residual income comes from building a downline organization. USANA uses a binary compensation plan, which gives distributors points based on volume of sales. When the points reach a predetermined level, the distributor is paid. If the points do not reach the level they collect to the next week. USANA requires distributors to purchase a minimum of 100 points of the products every four weeks to qualify to receive compensation to stay. 100 points equals about $ 110 – $ 130. If the minimum point level requirement is not maintained, the distributor will lose the points accumulate, but not yet paid. USANA reported that 87% of employees do not have enough off to recover commissions to the cost of their eligible purchases with 67% of all employees make no commission. 72.2% of all businesses commissions earned by the top 2.31% of all employees
Why are so few people Making Money?
The answer is quite simple. Most people in the network marketing industry was actually effective still stuck in the ’70s to the general public less skeptical and hard sell of your friends and family. But in today’s world of network marketing, what it takes to be successful? It’s actually quite simple. The top producers in the network marketing industry practice attraction marketing. The core philosophy of attraction marketing is that you brand yourself as a provider of solutions for the problems of other people. You do this in a way so that the search for answers they find you and looking at you, instead of vice versa. That’s right, forget the traditional methods of making a list of everyone you know. This has led to many devastated family and friend relationships.
I once heard “sells leather.” Secret formula construed as The Internet provides the infrastructure for greater exposure to people seeking answers to their problems you have to solve. The main difference between this system and the traditional recruiting systems is that these brands first, and then your business is incorporated second.
